  • The aircraft database includes a logbook including landing and charges, such as overnight parking, linking directly to the customer database.
  • The customer database stores all contacts, ranging from individuals to large companies and flying schools. A customer can be linked to one or multiple aircraft, forming the basis for the finance element of RedAtlas AMS, with all invoices and credit notes being recorded against each customer.
  • A bespoke system is created with highly configurable administrative options.
  • An abundance of products with multiple price lines provide flexible pricing based on criteria such as wing type or weight. There are also options to set special seasonal or one-off offers.

  • Self-service Portal that provides customers secure access to enable them to view their details, download copy invoices, review their aircraft’s logbook, update their contact details. It also allows the customer to book out their aircraft and pay invoices fully online..
  • The addition of Aeroclub Membership to help administer club memberships – with the capability to have a membership number and start and end dates to aid easy renewal of members.
  • PPR request form that integrates into the airfield’s website. This is accompanied by a new PPR approval process within RedAtlas that will email accepted and rejected requests. All approved requests will automatically create scheduled movements ready for use within ATC, saving time and reducing errors.
